About these terms
These terms cover your use of the sysgot.com website. They are not the terms of any commercial engagement — project work, support contracts and hardware purchases are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement says something different, it wins.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, print and share anything published here. You may not:
- Copy substantial parts of the site to present as your own.
- Use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
If you are a security researcher and you find something, please tell us at info@sysgot.com before disclosing it. We will respond, we will not threaten you, and we will credit you if you would like that.
Information on this website
Descriptions and timelines. Service descriptions, typical durations and example outcomes on this site are exactly that — typical and illustrative. They are not an offer, and they are not a commitment for your specific situation. Anything binding appears in a written quotation or statement of work.
Prices. Hardware pricing and lead times move constantly. Nothing on this site constitutes a price. A quotation we send you is valid for the period stated on it.
Warranty statements. Where we describe manufacturer warranty terms, the manufacturer's own terms govern, and the exact term for your purchase appears on the quotation. Used and imported items carry the warranty stated on the quotation rather than a manufacturer warranty.
Case studies. The projects described are real. Where a client is identified by sector rather than name, it is because naming permission has not been confirmed. Quote attributions marked as pending are being signed off with the customer and should not be treated as published endorsements until they are.
Third-party names
Vendor and product names — HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Odoo, Hikvision and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates that we supply, integrate or hold authorisation for those products. It does not imply that those companies endorse SYSGOT.

We link to other websites where they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We take reasonable care that the information here is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Decisions with money attached should be based on a written quotation or a signed agreement — which is why we produce them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
