Buying on processor generation alone. Most office work is bound by memory and storage, not CPU. A machine with 16GB and an NVMe drive beats a newer chip with 8GB and a SATA drive at every task the user notices.
Under-buying on the machines that matter. The CAD workstation and the finance manager's laptop are not places to save 4,000 EGP. The reception all-in-one is.
Buying workstations for creator work. Professional GPUs and ECC memory earn their premium for simulation and certified CAD. For video editing and design, a well-specified consumer machine often outperforms them for less.

How we quote
Tell us what has to run well, not what specification you think you need. We come back with two or three options, usually including one that costs less than you expected, with the trade-offs spelled out.
If your current machines only need more memory and an SSD, we will say so, even though it is a smaller invoice.
